When will my order ship?

This collection is available as a pre-order. Orders are expected to begin shipping in October 2026. You will receive an email update once it is ready to ship so you can follow the journey of your piece.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For this pre-order, you can cancel or modify your order before August 31, 2026. If you need assistance shortly after placing your order, please contact us (contact@lin-liao.com) as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Materials

What materials are used?

Our first collection is crafted in solid sterling silver with precious rhodium plating (for protection and shine) and 18K gold vermeil over solid sterling silver. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to be worn for years to come.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Like all fine precious metals, sterling silver and gold naturally evolve over time. Proper care will help preserve your jewelry's beauty for many years.

Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place, avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and gently polishing it with a soft jewelry cloth when needed.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is provided for within United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

All international orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore all duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, ensuring your order arrives without unexpected customs fees or delays.
